Privacy Policy
Fleur is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Fleur app.
Information we collect
Fleur does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. The following information may be collected automatically:
- Usage data — anonymised information about how you use the App, collected by third-party tools embedded in the App (Google AdMob).
- Device information — device type, operating system version and app version, used to improve performance and fix issues.
- Prompts you enter — the text descriptions you type to generate floral arrangements are sent to our secure backend proxy and forwarded to third-party AI services (Stability AI and Anthropic) to generate your arrangement. These prompts are not stored by us after processing.
How we use information
- To generate floral arrangement images and styling tips based on your input
- To display relevant advertisements to free users via Google AdMob
- To process subscription purchases via RevenueCat and Apple In-App Purchase
- To improve the App's performance and user experience
Third-party services
Fleur uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Data storage
Your arrangement preferences and subscription status are stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage. We do not operate our own database of user data.
Generated images are saved to your device's photo library only when you explicitly tap "Save". We do not store your generated images on our servers.
Children's privacy
Fleur is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not contain any features directed specifically at children.
Advertising
Free users of Fleur see advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads. You can limit ad tracking in your iPhone settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking. Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements.
Your rights
Since Fleur does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to delete or provide. If you wish to remove locally stored data, you can uninstall the App from your device. For any privacy-related questions, please contact us at the email address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
